Modul de preparare:
Se spala gutuile, se scobesc la mijloc si se umple golul ramas cu zahar tos. Se aranjeaza mai multe gutui intr-o forma termorezistenta sau fiecare gutuie intr-o ceasca de portelan si se dau la cuptor. Gutuile coapte sunt gata in aproximativ 1/2 ora.
